  2. Moses Driskell Sr. (Dennis Driskell Sr. 1) b: September 9, 1689 , Maryland, (Stepney Parish records), d: 1755 Worcester County, Maryland. Married Katherine Elgate February 4, 1713, daughter of William and Katherine Elgate.

  3. Elgate Driskell ( Moses Sr. 2, Dennis Sr. 1) b: December 10, 1736 in Somerset County, Stepney Parish, Maryland. d: 1794 in Worcester County, Maryland. Married Naomi/Naomiah.

  4. Elijah Driskell (Elgate 3, Moses Sr. 2, Dennis Sr. 1) b: July 4, 1772 (has twin brother Elisha) in Worcester County, Maryland. d: November 30, 1857 in Jefferson Township, Washington County, Indiana (buried at Mt Carmel Cemetery, no longer has a marker). Married Polly Edgar in 1796, daughter of Henry and Betsey Edgar. 2nd marriage to Mary Polly Scott who has a marker at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Robert Lee Driskell (Elijah 4, Elgate 3, Moses Sr. 2, Dennis Sr. 1) b: December 21, 1803 in Harrison County, Kentucky and d: September 17, 1870 of typhoid fever, in Jefferson Township, Washington County, Indiana. Buried at Prowsville Cemetery, Jefferson Township, Washington County, Indiana. Married to Catherine Beck (1807-1890) July 17, 1823, daughter of Michael and Annie Beck. She is also buried at Prowsville.

  6. Daniel Boone Driskell (Robert 5, Elijah 4, Elgate 3, Moses Sr. 2, Dennis Sr. 1) b: January 22, 1835 in Brown Township, Washington County, Indiana and d: January 1, 1898. Buried at Gholson Cemetery, Hamilton County, Illinois. Married Delitha Pollard (1833-1893) 1858, daughter of John and Elizabeth Collier Pollard. She is buried at Gholson Cemetery.

  7. Herschel Vahoovas Driskell (Daniel B. 6, Robert 5, Elijah 4, Elgate 3, Moses Sr. 2, Dennis Sr. 1) b: October 9, 1860 in Prowsville, Washington County, Indiana and d: April 25, 1921 of Sepsis, in Gholson Grove (aka Hardscrabble), Hamilton County, Illinois. Buried at Gholson Cemetery, Hamilton County, Illinois. Married Florella VanTrease (1867-1953) April 9, 1890, the daughter of John William and Laura Ann Showalter VanTrease. Buried at Gholson Cemetery.

Herschel Victor Driskell (Herschel Vahoovas 7, Daniel B. 6, Robert 5, Elijah 4, Elgate 3, Moses Sr. 2, Dennis Sr. 1) b: October 19, 1909 in Gholson Grove on the Driskell homestead in Hamilton County, Illinois. d: November 20, 2004 in Mayfield, Graves County, Kentucky, rare head and neck cancer. Buried at Gholson Cemetery, Hamilton County, Illinois. Married Mary Elizabeth Taylor (1913-2006) October 13, 1929 in Hamilton County, Illinois, daughter of James Monroe and Lucy Edwards Taylor. She died in Dallas, Texas from a broken heart, buried at Gholson Cemetery.
